1) the Legislative Branch is not in charge of enforcing the laws, they are in charge of creating and passing the laws. The Executive Branch (the President) are in charge of enforcing the laws
2) Congress is another name for the Legislative Branch
3) The Legislative Branch (Congress) is made up of two houses: The House of Representatives and the Senate. The Supreme Court is a part of the Judicial Branch.
