Japan's expansion began in 1931. In the year, Japanese troops took over Manchuria in northeastern China. Six years later, Japanese armies swept into the heartland of China. They expected quick victory. Chinese resistance, however, caused the war to drag on. This caused a strain on Japan's economy. What kind of effect could an all-American AEF have on its enemies?
Kamila [148]
An all-American Expeditionary Force which was organized in WWI was perhaps considered as less challenging to fight than say a British force at least when they initially went into battle until they gained experience as they did not appear to have as much fighting experience as say the British or French who I believe entered the war earlier.
