when feeding on a strict schedule you know when you're going to eat even what you're  going to eat at time on the other hand eating on a flexible schedule you can eat when ever you want to even perhaps u might just eat when your or who ever's  body asks for it eating on a flexible schedule even consist of eating to much (not controlling portion sizes) hope this helped xD
