This is the correct answer:

D-The Soviet government used fear and terror to control its citizens.

Explanation:

The people of the Soviet Russia, even the ones at the top positions were easily living in the reign of terror where even incidents such as this were worthy of sending them to prison.

This incident is basically where the first person who stops clapping is the one who gets to be known as a traitor for the people as that person does not care about the regime enough.

Now this incident clearly shows that the Soviets had taken this to an extreme and even something as silly could land you in prison for a long time.

What was the colonists main issue with being taxed by Britain
dalvyx [7]
Taxation without representation. Britain was essentially making rules and passing legislature that effected the colonists but the colonists were not allowed representation, or ability to speak their opinion, back in Britain. On top of that, Britain was taxing them on several goods that really accumulated overtime.

Which of the following best describes the attitude of the leaders who wrote and approved the Articles of Confederation?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

B. suspicious of a strong national government

Explanation:

The Confederation Articles received continuous support from Continental Congress on 1777, yet did not get viable until March 1, 1781, when each of the 13 states at long last endorsed them.

Congress had no position to raise a military all alone and needed to order troops from the states. All significant arrangement issues war and harmony, settlements, the assignment of assets required the endorsement of nine states. The Articles mirrored the country's worry about official power; the absence of an official implied there was no viable initiative.
