Answer:

Prokaryotic cells are organelles that live without a nucleus. A feature that eukaryotic cells have that prokaryotic don't is a nucleus. The prokaryotic just float freely.

Explanation:

I understand it's really late but the other explanation is a little plain and doesn't answer the whole question. Good, but I think you'd might think this will work better to understand the question or well answeing the question. ( I do hope this helps you out )
