The first one is the best answer
nikitadnepr [17]3 years ago

The best answer would be the first one: Bill and Allen both spent all day Saturday raking leaves to the curb for pickup.
The second one isn't even a full sentence; the third has improper punctuation, and the fourth one isn't even a proper sentence and it has improper punctuation as well.
So, this goes down to the first answer. It is a complete sentence, it fully describes them both doing the same thing like the original sentence does, and everything is described just like the original.

What were the men of Miguel Street involved in
Alchen [17]

Answer:

Miguel Street is a collection of linked short stories by V. S. Naipaul set in wartime Trinidad and Tobago. The stories draw on the author's childhood memories of Port of Spain. The author lived with his family in the Woodbrook district of the city in the 1940s, and the street in question, Luis Street, has been taken to be the model of Miguel Street.[1] Some of the inhabitants are members of the Hindu community to which Naipaul belonged. Naipaul also draws on wider Trinidadian culture, referring to cricket and quoting a number of lyrics by black calypso singers.[2]
