If there us a difference between Un and Une, what is it?

Un” is the indefinite masculine article (‘a’ or ‘an’, in English), used before a masculine noun. Une” is the feminine version, used before feminine nouns.

Un is masculine for example un stylo (a pencil).
Und is feminine, for example une table ( a table)
