B.) - invoking cloture

When a process is deliberately being delayed or prevented to be brought to a vote in the Senate, Standing Rules of the United States Senate allows a senator, or several, to invoke cloture, which it's their only defense to bring the debate to a quick end.

The term "cloture" comes from French and it means "the act of terminating something".

Wittaler [7]

People usually belong to political parties. However, even within the parties themselves, there are smaller groups, called "factions". These "factions" are part of the larger group (parties) and they are committed to a common political purpose.

These people who are part of a political faction within a political party, band together to achieve a common goal or interest. They want to advance a certain agenda, such as certain policies that are important to the group within the political party.

2. A head of state in some forms of government --- Chancellor

3. Killing all of Europe's Jews by the Nazi government --- Final solution

These changes generally refer only to certain aspects, sometimes necessary or fundamental, rather than to the whole, which differentiates it from both hypothetical and reactionary positions.
