I think it's A, because "very" seems like a weak word, and "nice" also seems like a weak word judging by the sentence. Hope I helped! :D

 The phrase 'very nice' could be improved by replacing it with a more specific word such as <em>beautiful</em>, or <em>interesting</em> because it is being used after other expressions <em>'most elegant'</em> and <em>'fine'</em>, and it is expected a more specific and clearer meaning. <em>'Very nice'</em>  s frequent in spoken English, but it shouldn't be used too much in writing.
