Answer:

The Plain Indians are the Native American tribes and First Nation band governments who have historically lived on the Great Plains. And, also the Canadian Prairies in North America.

Their economy is based on the hunting-farming cultures for centuries prior to European contact. Historic horse cultures that flourished from the 17th century through the late 19th century was well documented. Their nomadic lifestyle of hunting animals, living within an enclosed cluster, raising crops as well as trading with other tribes was successful till the white migration to their lands.

The migration led to the fight between the whites who tried to dominate them and the original land owners. after the success of the war (for the white), the cultures and traditions of the Plain Indians were banished. In schools, their history was not taught leading to loss of information about them.

Which united states foreign policy action best illustrates the concept of containment?
Darya [45]
You didn't provide a list of choices, but I'll provide a key example: The US intervention in Korea. In Korea, when communist forces from the North invaded the South in 1950, the United States intervened (with United Nations backing), battled to keep South Korea free and democratic, and were able to do so. The Soviet Union did not play an active, open role in that war, but did covertly supply material services to the North Korean side, as well as Soviet pilots and aircraft. Keeping communism from spreading in Korea was a way the US was practicing its policy of containment over against Soviet communist influence.

Talja [164]
Romans were able to battle at Sea which helped them to expand their nation. Not all nations had ships and not all nations could fight on water and land. The romans had that advantage.
