  • The earth magnetic fields is fields that extend from the into of the earth and more specifically for the region of the outer core and thus it extends beyond the exosphere by the convection cell or the current that comes out of these layers of the earth hence results in the formation of the magnetosphere which captures the particles that are emitted by the sun ad thus get activated.
  • The rotation of the earth and sun's rays both creates this magnetic effect and hence we see the northern lights as aurores in the charges ionized atmosphere of the earth.  
  • <u>Also, these magnetic waves when created have two differently charged areas that the positive and the negatively charged in the south and the northern hemisphere.</u>
