Answer: Overall we have 185 languages that are spoken.

Explanation: If you didn't know, the Philippines used to be a country that was constantly invaded and attacked. Which resulted in natives being taken and captured as well as having foreigners live their and force them to speak different tongues.  

Overall the three most commonly spoke that I personally noticed was English, Tagalog and Ilocano. But I suppose it just depends on where you are at.
