Answer:

ethical

Explanation:

The statement is true:

Ethical decision making means knowing when to choose between the self or the other:

The individualistic approach (ethics) will privilege the self in the decision to take, over the others. There will always be a personal responsibility for decisions taken.

For example, the debate on legal drugs or abort will always reflect some consideration for oneself or the other.

But in other ethical concerns, the community will ask to look beyond and see the impact overall.

In the concern of others (community approach), there is an ethical consideration for the good of the group.

Everyone is seen as equal. Promoting the common good will be the priority.

Whereas the community or the regarding of others will make us think of the consequences for others besides us.

How are the sixth, seventh, and eighth amendments similar?
ra1l [238]
What ever amendment does:

1) 6th amendment- This guarantees citizens the right to a public trial, the right to a lawyer, right to have a jury of their peers, and the right to know what charges are being put against you. All of these are imperative, as it gives each citizen equal treatment in the eyes of the law.
2) 7th amendment- This guarantees a right to a civil trial in any case in which the object in question is valued at over $20. In this case, there would be a jury. This ensures that any damage to a person's property may be ruled on in court.
3) 8th amendment- This protects citizens against excessive bail. This ensures that citizens are not held for an unfair amount of money. The crime dictates how much bail should be for the individual.

Hope this helps! God bless

Should the government in china restrict the rights to the media/social media? Why or Why not?
cestrela7 [59]

In my honest opinion, I think that the Chinese government has no right to block off the rights to social media and possibly the internet. The internet is how we all connect to each other, see friends, learn about the world, basically get smarter and more aware. If the Chinese government takes away the right to the internet, the literacy rate will drastically drop, and business will slow down. China won't be considered a world super-power anymore, and American companies will dominate the industry scene instead of Chinese owned businesses. To close, if there is no social media in China, China will face the consequences.
