When in these factors, most of the citizens agree then the populace will be in unison. However when they are not, a chaotic populace will arise.
Many people believe that the temperature becomes lower in winters and higher in summers because the Earth is closer to the sun in summer and farther from the sun in winter. In fact, the Earth is farthest from the sun in July and is closest to the sun in January. The main reason behind these temperature changes in different seasons is because the earth's axis is tilted. It is all about the tilt of the Earth's axis.
