Yes. A juxtaposition is<span> two things being seen or placed with each other with contrasting effect. "Stabs her dead" is an unhappy and scary thing, but "the market place full of bright flowers" is a very happy scene. Those two are opposites, so yes it is a </span>juxtaposition.
