Otherwise, he allowed Iran to keep hostages for 444 days, had double digit inflation, and generally weak economy. I don;t think those were successes.
They both had strong impacts. Louis the 14 was fearless and Peter the Great was more caring for his people. It's up to you, it depends on you opinion of a great leader.
