Explanation:

According to the constituion the founding father created the three branches of goverment for them to hold each other accoutable, so if Congress creates legislation that is not right the president has the option of vetoed. If the president does not worked correctly, congress can impeach them and finally the Supreme Court has nine judges to balance each other to interpret the laws the best way possible.
