1. name- square ,corners- 4 ,sides-4

2. name- rectangle, corners- 4 ,sides 4

3. name- triangle, corners- 3, sides- 3

4. name- pentagon, corners- 5, sides- 5

5. name- hexagon, corners, 6, sides- 6

Its like that for all of them just put the names of them how many corners of them and sides the corners and sides will be the same number.
