The fact that many people can't do  quarantine.  

Explanation:

We live nowadays under unequality economic and social conditions. Some members of the upper and middle classes can stay at home during this pandemic hard times without any kind of real trouble. Such as hunger, cold or economic insecurity.  While the poorest people suffers directly the economic consequences. This pandemic will left us more poor than sick or death.

In order to preserve the profits  business owners fires their employees, or gives them rest in these days of quarantine without any kind of pay. How they are going to survive without any montly income? What about the worker's family?

If the government doesn't respond fast to this situation, as the President of El Salvador did with his people, probably the crime is going to increase .
