Explain why the Revolutionary war was both a war between the Americans and the British and a civil war

History

Answer:

The Americans identified as "Americans", and the population also contained people who were not from Britain originally (neither is their family line). However, it is a civil war, as the governmental system was created by British subjects, and they were a royal colony. The British government technically ruled over the American colonies, but only started to use their power after the American Indian War to raise funds to pay for their debts. It is just a matter of identities and the historical truth.

Summarize the effects of the marshall plan on the us and western european countries
Eduardwww [97]

The U.S feared that the affects on Post WWII countries were reinforcing the appeal of Communist parties. "On June 5, 1947, in an address at Harvard University, Secretary of State George C. Marshall advanced the idea of a European self-help program to be financed by the United States. On the basis of a unified plan for western European economic reconstruction presented by a committee representing 16 countries, the U.S. Congress authorized the establishment of the European Recovery Program, which was signed into law by President Harry S. Truman on April 3, 1948. Aid was originally offered to almost all the European countries, including those under military occupation by the Soviet Union. The Soviets early on withdrew from participation in the plan, however, and were soon followed by the other eastern European nations under their influence. This left the following countries to participate in the plan: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and western Germany" -The Editors of Encyclopedia Britannica

Why did hitler want to dominate other countries ?
mote1985 [20]
Hitler was the type of man who believed in something so much that his words alone influenced an entire continent to follow him. The problem was his belief was that the aryan race was superior to blacks, Jews, gypsies and poles (not excluding political prisoners and homosexuals of course). This paired with the fascist doctrine of constant feeding of the military industrial complex fueled world war 2. The economy is actually able to extremely benifet off of war (it is what got us out of the Great Depression after all). War is also a great way to bring people together (like the 9/11 attacks or pear harbor). He certainly did want to rule the world, but it was that same racist idea of aryan superiority that he wanted to impose. If he had gotten his way, he would’ve enslaved, raped, pillaged and killed his way for 20 years until the majority of Europe and Russia was aryan. He didn’t even particularly like Italians, and just used them as a stepping stone to get superiority in the region. Maybe if he had won ww2 then there would’ve been a pseudo Cold War between the two (which means more war for mister Hitler and his Nazis).

Drag the tiles to the correct boxes to complete the pairs. Match each economic term with its description?
Aliun [14]

:

Monopoly: There is a single seller in the market

Oligopoly: every company in this market structure is aware of the actions of the other companies (oligopolies are a small number of companies controlling the markets-  there are elements of collusion in this structure because the firms work together to control prices and the market)

Perfect Competition: There are no barriers to entry (lots and lots of competing companies that each have a small share of the market)

Collusion: 3 companies secretly enter into a price agreement (this is illegal in many cases)
