The United States had been one of the countries that had fought for the spreading of Communism all over the world. They had help countries to be industrialized and globalized, so that they can  create a free trade market in all the capitalist state all over the world.

Pretty sure your answer is B. They didn't get equal rights until the 60's, I don't believe they were removed from jobs, and I'm fairly certain they wouldn't have done work without pay (The Great Migration is a good example of that).
