Answer:

(D) Focuses on minor Details

Explanation:

Summary

A summary is a short and concise account of a text written by the reader in his or her own words. A good summary must contain the writer's message in a shorter, clear and concise way.

Features of a Good Summary

A good summary must ;

 • Be brief: A good summary must be a short as possible, that is what makes it a very good summary. This will help to improve the readability of the summary
 • Capture the major points: capturing the main points in a paragraph makes the summary clearer. Two sentences can be used to summarize a paragraph without omitting the major details.
 • Restate the author's thesis statement: the author's thesis statement must be restated but in your own words. This, of course, should not alter the meaning of the original text.
 • Be Objective: this requires asking a question of what you are supposed to achieve with the summary before attempting to summarize a text

Therefore, focusing on minor details it is not part of a feature of a good summary.

How does Marcia’s personality differ from Cherry’s in the outsiders
sveta [45]

Cherry and Marcia are two popular girls who become friends with The Outsiders narrator, Ponyboy, his brothers, and his Greaser friends. When Cherry first meets Ponyboy, they bond over their unusual first names. She tells him, ''My name's Sherri, but I'm called Cherry because of my hair. Cherry Valance.'' Marcia is ''a little smaller than Cherry. She was cute, but that Cherry Valance was a real looker.'' The girls are dating Soc boys, but they're the first Socs that Ponyboy and his friends get to know, and it gives them a different perspective on their rivals. Cherry and Marcia are pretty, friendly, and fun.
