Going vegan takes a lot of responsibility. The vitamins that meat give you won't be present to you. You need to control your vitamins, nutrients, and your overall health. If you're just eating salad and fruit bowls. Your body won't get any of the vitami9ns or nutrients it needs. Although, veggies are good for you. You can't eat them alone.

As a child, one needs a good balance of meats, carbs, and veggies. Meats give you proteins, which are needed to grow strong and healthy. By being vegan, you might not get enough proteins.
