Choices A, C, and D are corect.  Choice B is not.

A is correct because the reason for the Revolution was because of problems with James II and his devotion to Catholicism.  C is correct because it is true that no blood was shed during the revolution; James II just fled the country.  D is correct because the Protestants did invite William and Mary over to take control.  B is incorrect because part of the problem with the entire situation was that James II practically ignored Parliament.
