I personally think that you cant really solve or punish anyone for cyber bullying bc its cyber and a lot of people dont care about it unless its physical. but if i had it my way i would do everything in my power to stop it, like take away privileges of the site and/or the electronic, or maybe even public humiliation for the one bullying. <span />

A baned user or a baned email that could possibly be used for the login depens on how bad it was and if the person who was bulling understands that is hurts peoples feelings
