Answer: (Answering the second prompt) The weapon that brought about the end of the war with Japan was the atomic bomb.

Explanation: Both the US and Japan had been developing the atomic bomb during WWII however the threat of atomic bomb attacks helped end the war with Japan.

I really hope this helps let me know if its wrong because I didn't watch the videos I just knew this because I just covered this unit in my history class.
