Religious teachers become important leaders in Jewish communities because they are academically qualified.

In Judaism community, a person is known as qualified academically only when he studies the religious book of the religion Christianity which is the holy bible. The people who are the leaders of the religion and can read the holy bible nicely there fore become the leaders of the community only because they are considered to be academically qualified.
