Dear Mom and Dad,

It's been six weeks since I left home and believe me when I tell you it seems much, much more. Time passes by so slowly here...

I miss you all very much.

I didn't have the chance to explain why I did this, and I know you may not understand my reasons, but I feel I owed this to the country that offered us a new life and received our family with open arms. We had difficult times, but we can now dream with a brighter future for our family.

I am conscious it's dangerous and that I may not see you in a long time, but I have to believe that everything will be alright and that I will go home some day soon. Back to you. To my friends. And the love of my life.

Also, I believe that we need to protect the country that we now call home from any kind of threat. For our families, our people and our rights. I can say that I feel part of the American army from the bottom of my heart, as it represents everything that I care about and what is right.

I've heard that the British are getting nearer every day from our base, but I feel we will be victorious. I will be safe, please don't worry for me. I will write another letter as soon as I can.

Love,

Your son.

When Elaine accepted a position with Cannon Corporation in Dallas, Texas she felt uneasy. She was new to the area and new to thi
pogonyaev

Answer: Apparently, her new job satisfies Elaine's SOCIAL needs

Explanation:

Social needs refer to our need as people to establish relationships with people around us after we have accomplished physiological and safety needs.

This is a very important need psychologically because having relationships with others is useful to us cause it helps us maintain emotional issues such as anxiety of being in a new area where you don't even know how to get by or get around. Anxiety that may be created by being away from home and from those whom you are familiar with.

Joining a volley ball helped Elaine to find people who will support her emotional when she may struggle with being in a new area or who are even helping her get around the city and know where to find what when she needs it.

What might have been some of the reasons people began moving around the world
AURORKA [14]
The main reason for migration is mostly food: people migrate where they can produce food easily, catch it, or in modern times, to produce money to buy food.

Other reasons is conflict with other people and competition for food: people migrate in the hope that elsewhere they won't have to compete.

Finally, people might also migrate to look for a better climate (where they don't have to built very cold resistible houses for example).
