Answer:

This is because the corners of the lips touch to make the sound of "ch." Just because it's not full contact doesn't mean that somehow the lips don't touch.

Anyways that is a funny joke.

Not sure but o captain my captain was written by walt whitman about abe Lincoln and since Lincoln is considered an important figure in us history because he wanted to abolish slavery and considered to have ended slavery maybe the poem is famous because it was written about such an important historical figure. may not be the right answer but it is just my guess
