Muscular strength and endurance go hand in hand. If you have muscular strength you can endure the weight of many heavy objects. It's impact is, it helps to make your bones strong and less frail, injuries are also prevented by a bit people who are fragile tend to get more injuries than people who workout.

Muscular strength is how much strength you have, and endurance is how long you can hold that strength, even if you are strong, you cant keep tension without endurance.
