Cindy must help her coworkers to complete their tasks becuase she knows how to complete the tasks and she is much more experienced than her coworkers that's why she is at a higher position than her coworkers.Secondly this will be a gesture of goodwill by Cindy to her coworkers which will definetly increase her respect among them and will boost their confidence level and energy to do their work.
