Romeo and Juliet wished to be together since they madly loved each other in spite of their families' feud.However, in the end of the play they both died. The prologue made us know that Romeo and Juliet's relationship was doomed from the start. Though the characters made decisions that resulted in the tragedy, some other events were out of their own control. Fate managed their fate and they were fated to die so that their families would stop feuding.
