The correct answer should be exercise. You can exercise any way you want to, even if you don't have professional gear or places to exercise. You can go jogging or riding a bicycle, or you can do cardio in your own room. You can choose how much and how often do you want to exercise, and going anything is definitely better than doing nothing.
