Supporting evidence should be presented in

English

The correct answer is B. The body, right after subtopic statements.

It's not everywhere because you should not provide new supporting evidence in the conclusion. Conclusions should restate and paraphrase what was previously mentioned. The introduction is not it as well because there is usually nothing after the thesis statement as it has a tendency to be the final sentence in the introduction paragraph.

Read the sentence.
asambeis [7]

Answer:

It is a gerund because it is the -ing form of a verb that is functioning as a noun: it is the object of the verb enjoyed.

Explanation:

On cold winter days, Mrs. Brown enjoyed snuggling under a blanket near the fire.

Mrs. Brown is the subject. Enjoyed in the verb. What did Mrs. Brown enjoy? Snuggling. So snuggling is the object of the verb.
