The answer is $11591.28.

Explanation:

Value of car = $10150 + $738 = $10888.

6 x 108.88 = 653.28.

So 6% of $10888 =  $653.28.

Car = $10150

Options = $738

6% tax = $653.28

Licence = $50

Adding up all  = $11591.28.
