Answer:

70.42233122%

Step-by-step explanation:

A good way to do these is to make what you want to find in an English sentence. for example if you wanted to find out what 40% of 800 was, you'd say, "40% of 800 is...blank." For this problem, you would say, "26,102 is ___% of 37,065."

In these sentences, "of" indicates that you should multiply, "is" indicates that you should divide. Make sure you use the first of the two that comes in the sentence. For our 40% of 800 question, you would be multiplying because you used "of." DO NOT perform percentage operations without changing the percent to a decimal by dividing the percent by 100. So, we would get 0.4*800 which equals 320. Therefore, 320 is 40% of 800. Notice how "is" is used, and that 320/0.4=800.

Now for the real problem. 26,102 is ___% of 37,065. "is" is our first operation word, so we will be dividing. If the first operation word is between a value and a variable/blank, then skip it and go to the next value. So, 26,102/37,065 is our operation. We get 0.7042223122. Remember to multiply by 100 to get a percentage, so our final answer is ≈70.42%.

For the function F(x)=1/x+1, whose graph is shown below, what is the relative value of F(x) when the value of x is close to -1.
daser333 [38]
Well as x can never actually be -1 because I'm in the denominator -1 + 1 = 0 and we cannot divide by zero. But we can look at what number it approaches and i assume that is the relative value. sometimes functions will have asymptotes and others will have holes in the graph. this one would have an asymptote going down at a rapid rate. the asymptote would go on forever getting infinitely close to -1 but never touching. So I would say since the asymptote goes down forever that the graph approaches negative infinity

Answer:

The function is 200+50t (t= # of months)

Step-by-step explanation:

The best way to do this is to look at the question, and see no matter what, we have to pay 200 dollars to start. After which, they charge 50 bucks a month. Knowing this, we can make a function using f(x). Let C(t)= cost. Included is that graph. So for these questions, we need to see that there is an independent and a dependent variable, and we need to see that cost is affected by time. Hope this helps.
