1)Evaporation is a classification of vaporization that emerges on the surface of a fluid(liquid) as it shifts into the vapour phase. The surrounding gas must not be saturated with the evaporating material. When the molecules of the fluid(liquid) collide, they switch energy to each other based on how they collide with each other.
