The HHS (human health and services) was started in 1981 in the U.S that involves the human health, research related to human subjects and provide protection to all the individual of the society.
The HHS involves the common rules that must be followed for the protection of the human rights and their health. The common rules are divided into different sub-parts. Sub part B provide safety to the pregnant woman and ladies. The sub part C provides protection to the prisoners and maintains their regulations and health.
