Mr and Mrs Smith each have a car. Mr Smiths car has needed 6 tyres and 2 batteries since new. Mrs Smiths car has needed 9 tyres

and 1 battery. a. How many tyres and batteries have the smiths needed together? b.Use t to stand for a tyre and b to stand for a battery. Write down an expression and then simplify it, to show how to get your answer in part a.

A. 15 tyres, 3 batteries.

b. 6 + 9 = t
    2 + 1 = b

    t = 15
    b = 3

I would say A because every other question it shows the exact amount but since it says 20-29 you can’t really say the answer by looking at the graph unless you guess but that’s not what the question is saying it’s saying which question cannot be answered by looking at the graph and I would Say You cannot answer A by looking at the graph.
