How has mapmaking changed over time ? Explain
melisa1 [442]

Answer:

here are some reason:

maps were once drawn on clay tablets carved on the ground and drawn on mark..... now maps are obviously on paper.

also maps in the earliest ages were not accurate because mapmakers didn't know the "correct" knowledge.... now on maps we know the correct knowledge.

also didn't know mathematics and the correct knowledge and he sometimes left empty spaces and warning because honestly he didn't know what the heck what was there.....

________ depress the central nervous system by interfering with the transmission of nerve impulses.
svetlana [45]

Sedatives and Hypnotics depress the central nervous system by interfering with the transmission of nerve impulses.

Like alcohol, sedatives and hypnotics are depressants that depress the central nervous system. Since long-term exposure to alcohol can lead to the development of depression, chronic use of sedatives and hypnotics, as demonstrated by several neurobiological and imaging studies

Long-term use of sedatives can cause side effects such as Psychiatric disorders such as anxiety.

It has been suggested that treating depression and anxiety with sedatives/hypnotics, especially benzodiazepines, may reduce the risk in the first few weeks. Sedatives/hypnotics also have inhibitory and disinhibitory properties, but these may increase the risk

In contract law, undue influence differs from duress in that duress includes ______.
Mkey [24]

In contract law, undue influence differs from duress in that duress includes improper threat which is missing in undue influence. Duress is the use of any kind of threat, force or psychological pressure in order to dominate someone and make him take decisions against his will. The two principal categories of duress are physical and economic duress.

Physical duress is when one party uses a threat of bodily harm or death to make another party agree to a certain contract. Physical duress can be inflicted on individuals as well as goods. Economic duress is when any type of economic pressure is used by a party to force the other party to enter into an illegal contract which they would not have agreed to otherwise.

Giving someone life threats if they do not perform a given task is an example of duress.
