The correct answer to this open question is the following.

If the Maori and the Haida people decided to create a myth together,  the value that most likely could be expressed is the value of the family as an important structure of their cultures.

The Haida and the Maori shared many many values although had their notorious differences, One of those values is the importance of the family structure and how they took care of the family. Both stories, “The Maori: Genealogies and Origins in New Zealand” and “The Raven and the First Men: The Beginnings of the Haida,” refer to this important value. And both tribes also considered that nature has to be honored and respected for everything it represented and the nurturing the Earth offered them.

Scorpion4ik [409]
In this excerpt, the writer criticizes that the Allies did not respond strongly enough to the death camps in Germany and Poland. He argues that it was easy to postpone the deaths of some people and that one should fight at every instance against crime. It is clear that the author is against the opinion that countries should remain neutral or that people should avoid confrontation at all costs; when human lives are at stake one should mobilize and dispose of the mantle of neutrality. He would probably agree with the opinion that one should proactively fight injustice; this practice would have saved many lives during the holocaust. The correct answer is b. D is wrong because while he thinks that their stance was bad, they did not cause the Holocaust; they just handled it incorrectly.

Answer:

Vygotsky would refer to these internal mental remarks as private speech.

Explanation:

According to Vygotsky and Piaget, private speech is a type of self-talk that serves an intellectual function between ages 3 and 7, and a self-regulating function from age 7 on. Therefore, we can think of two types of private speech. None of them is directed towards other people, only to self, even though the private speech of younger children is performed out loud. It is from age 7 on that private speech becomes a silent, inner speech to self, focusing on self-guidance and regulation of one's own behavior.
