That point is in eastern South Africa. 
There's no city right exactly at that location,
and I don't think you're talking about the town
of Masameni about 2 miles to the northeast,
or the town of Ixopo about 11.5 miles south.

The nearest real city is Durban, and that point
is about 62 miles west-southwest of it.
