Shoot! Stuck again! I sat there in the front seat of my jeep, thinking "I can't believe it- not again!" With a sigh, I stepped d

own to the ground and slowly walked around the jeep. There it was: my right rear tire was sunk into about 4 feet of loose sand. "Sand is the worst," I thought to myself. "This is going to take hours to dig myself out." I got out my shovel and started digging. Sure enough, it was slow going, trying to get rid of all that sand so my tire would spin again. "Why can't I be more careful?" I kept asking myself. "I need to stop daydreaming and pay attention to the road!"

Answer:

It’s a remnant of a mind that has yet to catch up with the super-fast changes our lives have gone through in the last 100,000 years. The same strategy would have kept us in our caves all those years ago now stops us from doing what we’d love to. Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing. The problem is that when we’re busy dwelling on these questions, we’re wasting our mind’s energy. We’re not engaging it to think creatively, or to spot opportunities or to help us overcome the challenges we face along the way. So stop asking questions and make a step forward that will help you and not make you think again and again and don't blame yourself.

Hope this helps
