Prejudice is an unjustified or incorrect attitude that is usually negative towards an individual based solely on the individual's membership of a social group. For example, a person may hold prejudiced views towards a certain race or gender just as Alan believes that all women are irresponsible drivers.
Since in single power there is noone that could limit the power of the country's leader, all of the leader's decision can be implemented without any resistance. BUT THIS WOULD BE A VERY BAD IDEA, because single branch of the government is basically a dictatorship/tyrannical government.
