VashaNatasha [74]

The statement does not seem to be accurate. There are a lot of authors who contributed to making American literature unique.William Faulkner is one of them.He wrote taking into account the land of Mississipi.Using it as a setting for his works is an example of unique literature. In <em>The Sound and the Fury</em> he depics  aristochratic people   from the South of the country and the corruption of certain values they had.It is a local matter only interpreted though his eyes.

Ralph Waldo Emerson is another example. In his poem <em>Good Bye </em> he seems to be greeting his beloved land, with its coasts and hills;  it is America he says good bye to.Hie essay writing topics are about America. Thake The Preacher , for instance. He criticises the work done , or not , in his homeland.."<em>But the</em> <em>sentiment that pervades a nation, the nation must react upon...." </em>it is incomparable America he talks about.

Topics such as religion, social organization around the land and it attributes, love and hate are developed in American Unique literature. The genres vary. There are poets , story tellers and essay writers.

X Fill in the blanks to explain the evidence that the author uses to support his second daim. The author writes that people are
devlian [24]

Explanation: I think his evidence is that he knows a lot of kids who matured more at 18 rather than 16 or 17 because at 18 your basically grown and during your growth you learned different things that helped you mature and understand stuff that you probably didn't know when you were younger. And you most likely take responsibility of the things you know you have too do than a 16 or 17 year old cause when your young you depend on your parents and grandparents to worry and do stuff for you now that your 18 that's your job to worry and do what you need to do so that's why i think the author is trying to explain to the reader. :) hope this makes sense lol

Read the excerpt below and answer the question.
stiv31 [10]

Answer:

Having one spouse

Explanation:

The answer has to having one spouse because mono- means one and although most of these answer choices talk about only have one blank. Monogamy by definition is the practice or state of being married to one person at a time. Also you can cross the answer choices about believing in one God and believing in a single form of government because the passage or excerpt isn't talking about religion nor government. It talks about being married and a relationship between a man or a woman. (it might have been about a man. I'm not 100% sure whether it's from a guy or girl's point of view)
