When speaking of monastic lifestyle, Southern Buddhism still maintains the primitive style for everyday activities, which were traditionally set up during the time of the Buddha. In other words, monks in Southern Buddhism all wear yellow robes, eat one meal a day at noon, study and recite the Pali sutras, etc. Accordingly, the specific feature of monks in Southern Buddhism is that they all wear the same style of robes with the same color (yellow) and all recite the same canonical language (Pali). For this reason, monks in Southern Buddhism—even from different countries—can sit down and recite the same sutra expertly and skillfully.

On the contrary, monks and nuns in Northern Buddhism do not keep the traditional lifestyle, as primitive Buddhism does. Rather, they adjusted their lifestyles in everyday activities as well as in spiritual practices, relying on different habits, customs, national cultures, and social requirements. Thus, the lifestyles of monks and nuns in Northern Buddhism are diversely dependent on various traditions of different natives. For example, monks and nuns in Northern Buddhism wear different styles of robes with different colors. Canonical languages are translated into different languages, and followers can eat more than one meal a day, depending on health issues. Generally speaking, Northern Buddhism is a form of development by nature; therefore, it has effectively adapted to social needs to become the first priority in the mission of preaching the Dharma.

Answer:

In the early 1830s, the white actor Thomas Dartmouth “Daddy” Rice was propelled to stardom for performing minstrel routines as the fictional “Jim Crow,” a caricature of a clumsy, dimwitted black slave

Explanation:

Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 U.S. 537 (1896), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that upheld the constitutionality of racial segregation laws for public facilities as long as the segregated facilities were equal in quality – a doctrine that came to be known as "separate but equal".

Did Ladd think the actions of these voters were legal
Lynna [10]

Based on what little information that I have read, it is a debate about what is easier: Voting or buying a gun? These are very sensitive issues but there is very little information on how to answer this. Still, what matters here is that voters do the right thing.

What was the main purpose of the archaeologists who first investigated the old temples?
Pie

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although you did not clarify what kind of temples among the many ancient temples you are referring to, we can say the following.

The main purpose of the archaeologists who first investigated the old temples, in general, was to dig in deeply to know the purpose of the temples, why the temples were built in the first place, what was his main use, how ancient people built temples with the lack of proper technology or tools, and how these old temples had endured the test of time.

Even to this modern-days, scientists and archeologists do not have a true and definitive statement about pyramids, temples, ziggurats, and other ancient temples and sites, it is just theories.

And regarding your second question, the plural of the word sarcophagus is sarcophagi.
