1)Identify a problem today that is caused by people having too much liberty.
jeyben [28]

1. Problem caused by people having too much liberty.

In some areas of the United States, you can walk freely with a gun, owning the required permits, anyone can buy and use guns if necessary or as desired. The U.S has by far the highest number of privately owned guns in the world. But, as we all see and read in the newspapers, internet and our local tv news, America continues experiencing increasing levels of gun violence. More guns mean more gun deaths.

2. Situation today where the pursuit of order has infringed on American liberties.

In the United States, the <em>Patriotic Act</em>, in which if consider suspect of illegal activities, the FBI could check all your computer files without a search warrant.

3. Opinion on weather American society today has too much liberty or too much order.

The thing here is that if you are given a lot of freedom, directly proportional you must have too much order, that is the proper way to regulate the amount of freedom given to you. The word freedom, as ironic as it sounds, comes with conditions; the more "freedoms we are giving, the more restrictive a society becomes. So, in my personal opinion, <em>American society  </em>enjoys many "<em>freedoms</em>", but also, must respect and follow many laws that will guarantee their wellness.
