Answer:Start with beginner tutorials

Explanation: Start with beginner tutorials 3 days a week on DVD’s, online, etc. Once you get comfortable, increase your time/amount you practice weekly and continue to challenge yourself by advancing the workouts! That way you learn proper posture and movements to practice yourself without an instructor.
