When a person looks at the picture, the first attention that he gets is the background. A picture with a beautiful background is more attractive as compared to a picture having bad background. Moreover if a picture which is very beautiful has some defects in its background will obviously comes under the consideration of the viewer immediately therefore we can say that background in a picture is very important.
