I would say it ( I mean, some people would prefer maybe other wording, but this is very common:)
<span>Por favor, (please), puedo (can I? the intonation makes sure it's a question) ir (go) al (to) baño (bathroom, which means "toilet", but also "barhroom" more genereally)</span>
